Just as we meticulously source and roast our 100% Colombian beans and curate our premium brewing equipment, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines our process to ensure it is as smooth and transparent as possible.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- Coffee Beans (e.g., 100% Colombian, 100% Colombian Decaf, Brickhouse, Caffe Noir)
- Loose-Leaf Tea (e.g., Bencheley Tea, China Mist)
- Food & Beverage Toppings (e.g., Cappuccino Topping, Chai concentrates)
- Beverages (e.g., Brickhouse Flavored Iced Tea)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused and unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you chose the free shipping option (EMS) on an order over $50, the original outbound shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Exchanges & Store Credit
For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the return has been received and approved. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
You may also opt for store credit, which will be issued as a digital gift card code via email, valid for future purchases on miscelacoffee.com.
