We are proud to ship our premium coffees, teas, and equipment worldwide (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
To ensure the utmost hygiene and product safety for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following consumable products once their packaging has been opened or seals are broken:
- Coffee Beans (e.g., 100% Colombian, 100% Colombian Decaf, Brickhouse, Caffe Noir)
- Loose-Leaf Tea (e.g., Bencheley Tea, China Mist)
- Food & Beverage Toppings (e.g., Cappuccino Topping, Chai concentrates)
- Beverages (e.g., Brickhouse Flavored Iced Tea)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on an order over $50, the original outbound shipping cost of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges & Store Credit
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return has been received and approved.
- If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
- If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
- You may also opt for store credit, which will be issued as a digital gift card code via email, valid for future purchases on miscelacoffee.com.
