4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our products and accept returns of most unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• All tags and seals must be intact
• You must have the original proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened:

• Coffee beans of any variety
• Loose-leaf tea products
• Food and beverage toppings
• Beverages and concentrates

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item to the provided address with the RMA number clearly indicated

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and for orders that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.

5.5 Exchanges and Store Credit

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If exchanging for a higher-value product, you will be charged the difference. For lower-value exchanges, we will refund the difference. You may also opt for store credit issued as a digital gift card.
